This policy explains how we handle your data when you orchestrate agents, containers, and MCP integrations with TestBase.

Summary

TestBase helps companies orchestrate autonomous software agents. To provide and secure our services we collect minimal information, give you control over your data, and never sell personal data. If you have questions about this policy, reach out at privacy@testbase.dev.

What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how TestBase (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our websites, products, services, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes the choices you have with respect to your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us (for example when you create an account, configure an API key, or interact with support), information generated when you use TestBase products (such as container logs, session artefacts, analytics, and billing metadata), and information from third-party services you choose to connect through MCP or integrations. We minimize collection to what is necessary to operate, secure, and improve TestBase.

  • Account & profile data: name, email address, authentication identifiers.
  • Operational data: container IDs, runtime statistics, MCP configurations, agent execution artefacts.
  • Payment data: billing contact information and transaction records (processed via our payment provider).
  • Support communications: requests, feedback, and related correspondence.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain TestBase, to operate agent containers and MCP integrations, to personalize your experience, to communicate with you, to monitor platform security and reliability, and to comply with legal obligations. We never sell personal data.

Sharing & Transfers

We share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating TestBase (for example cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and analytics). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety, integrity, or rights of our users. TestBase is operated from the United States; if you use the service from other regions, your data may be processed and stored in the U.S.

Data Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or provide auditability. Session artefacts stored in Google Cloud Storage can be self-managed; you control the lifetime of logs and workspaces generated through your Playbooks and workflows.

Your Choices & Rights

You can access, update, or delete certain information directly in TestBase. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. To make such a request, contact us at privacy@testbase.dev. We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Examples include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logs, and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure.

Children’s Privacy

TestBase is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the product and update the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of TestBase after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
